Joe Toney
I’m a licensed therapist specializing in EMDR with a focus on distress. As a former career firefighter, I bring firsthand experience in high-stress environments and understand how distress impacts daily life. I’m passionate about helping people build meaningful lives grounded in their values. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients through trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, mental illness, and life transitions.
